Stacie Ticona is married to Nicolas Ticona, and has four children.  After graduating from Moody Bible Institute, she and her husband served in different capacities in the education and mission field. Her family lived in the Andes mountains in Ayacucho, Peru, where they worked at a Christian school.  Since then, they have continued doing missions through Cup of Cold Water Ministries. Currently, they serve in different churches in the Fox Valley area, where they help develop and support Spanish ministries in the US.  She has previously taught preschool and middle school.  When she and her family are not serving in ministry, they enjoy spending time together by swimming, playing soccer, cooking, or watching movies.
